Despite the fact that the essential core of any successful plan today needs to be based on the internet, some parts of it still require the traditional methods, so my plan contains elements of both as outlined below. Even though I now subscribe to Macdonald Realty’s Macgreen “earth- friendly” real estate that is entirely paperless, some times paper is required for certain functions.
- Traditional Marketing:

Submit listing to the MLS system

Place for sale sign where appropriate (most condos do not allow for sale signs)

Schedule an Agents Open House

Create paper-based brochures for both the public & agents to be handed out in such open houses

Schedule Public Open Houses if deemed necessary; very few listings are sold from public open houses!

Include your listing in my space in the Real Estate Book
