Ken Stef Real Estate specializes in luxury homes and Oceanside properties throughout British Columbia, primarily on Vancouver's Westside, North & West Vancouver, and the mid-Vancouver Island communities of Qualicum Beach to Union Bay.

I have built my success over 24 years on earned relationships - the foundation of which has been honesty, integrity, loyalty and a proven track record. My many satisfied clients frequently single out my polished presentation skills and impressive marketing materials. My attention to detail and my attention to them is all important. I am always available treating even their smallest questions, concerns and needs with my personal care and quick response time.

I manage a virtual team of assistants, realtors, marketing, consultants and Design specialists tailored for each clients requirements.
