QUILCHENA WAS FASTEST MOVING FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES, BUT MADE ZERO SALES IN HOUSES
Quilchena condos and townhomes sold at a 44% sales ratio this November, the fastest of these three neighbourhoods. It had 9 new condos/ townhomes in inventory, and sold four. This stands in stark comparison to its movement in detached homes, where they had 22 new homes in inventory, but made zero sales. Most expensive listing for houses in Quilchena at the time of writing was $6.9m.
KERRISDALE ADDED HIGHEST AMOUNT OF INVENTORY FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES, AS WELL AS HOUSES
Kerrisdale had 24 condos and townhomes added to inventory this November, and made 6 sales for a sales ratio of 25%. There were 26 detached homes added to inventory and a total of 12 sales made, bringing it to a healthy 46% sales ratio. At the time of writing, the most expensive house in Kerrisdale is $10m.
ARBUTUS HAD A VERY SLOW MONTH FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOUSES
Arbutus had one condo/ townhouse added to inventory, but made zero sales. The neighbourhood did much better in the detached house market. It had 18 new homes added to inventory and 6 sales, giving it a 33% sales ratio. At the time of writing, arbutus’ most expensive house listing is $6.9m.
