Vancouver Eastside Condos & Townhomes Continue Generate the Most Attention
Condos & townhomes in Vancouver Eastside once again brought in the highest sales ratio for all of Vancouver. Condos & townhomes in Vancouver Eastside sold at an outstanding 61% sales ratio with multiple neighbourhoods registering over 100% sales ratio.
High New Listings and High Sales for Collingwood, Mount Pleasant, South Marine
Collingwood, Mount Pleasant and South Marine condos & townhomes all had a large amount of new listings and sales in February. Mount Pleasant condos & townhomes, once again, was the top performing neighbourhood for Vancouver East condos and townhomes with 68 new listings and 51 sales. Collingwood condos & townhomes brought in a large amount of new listings with 81 new inventory and 40 sales. South Marine condos & townhomes also brought in some high numbers this month with 49 new listings and 30 sales.
Downtown and Grandview Woodland condos & townhomes in Vancouver East also had an impressive number of new listings that turned over into sales. Collectively, these two neighbourhoods brought in 42 new listings and 38 sales for an impressive 90% sales ratio.
Downtown Vancouver Neighbourhoods Bring in Lots of New Inventory
Downtown Vancouver condos & townhomes brought in the highest amount of new inventory for all Vancouver areas this month with 680 new listings. The downtown neighbourhoods saw very consistent sales ratios with Downtown, Yaletown and West End performing at 49%, 45% and 42% sales ratios respectively. These three neighbourhoods experienced very similarly paced markets with an average sales ratio of 42% for all of Downtown Vancouver.
- Downtown and Coal Harbour condos and townhomes brought in 355 new listings and 143 sales (40% sales ratio)
- Yaletown and West End condos & townhomes brought in 325 new listings and 142 sales (44% sales ratio)
Multiple Vancouver West Neighbourhoods Experienced High Number of New Listings and Sales
Kitsilano condos and townhomes had another high paced month with 46 new listings and 45 sales for a 95% sales ratio. Fairview condos and townhomes also had a great month, bringing in 65 new listings and 36 sales. Altogether, this generated a 55% sales ratio.
Cambie, Marpole and False creek all brought in large amounts of new listings with 218 total new listings and 91 sales.
- Cambie condos and townhomes brought in 88 new listings and 27 sales.
- False Creek condos and townhomes brought in 70 new listings and 35 sales.
- Marpole condos and townhomes brought in 60 new listings and 29 sales.
The most active price band for these listings were $600k-$700K condos and townhomes in Vancouver West. These attached homes performed at a 100% sales ratio for the month with 31 new listings and 31 sales.
