Located on the West side of Vancouver, Kitsilano (popularly known as Kits) is a laid back neighbourhood popular among students, young families, and working professionals. With close access to the globally established post-secondary school, The University of British Columbia, and Downtown Vancouver, residents can quickly make their commute to work or school. Year-round residents love this neighbourhood because of the healthy cafés, trendy restaurants, and active lifestyles they live with tons of fitness studios around. However, Kits thrives during the summer months because it is home to two of Vancouver’s most beloved beaches: Jericho beach and Kits beach.
