KITSILANO, POINT GREY, UNIVERSITY, DUNBAR AND SOUTHLANDS COMBINED SALES RATIO FOR DETACHED HOUSES HIGHER THAN AVERAGE VANCOUVER WESTSIDE 

Their combined sales ratio was 22% in November, while the average sales ratio for Vancouver Westside detached homes was 16%. Combined they had 222 homes added to inventory, and 48 sales. 

MOST TO LEAST ACTIVE AMONG THESE VANCOUVER NEIGHBOURHOODS FOR DETACHED HOUSES IN NOVEMBER 
  1. Kitsilano houses had a 43% sales ratio, with 10 sales and 23 added to inventory
  2. Point Grey houses had a 27% sales ratio, with 20 sales and 74 added to inventory
  3. University houses had an 11% sales ratio, with 2 sales and 18 added to inventory
  4. Dunbar houses had a 15% sales ratio, with 11 sales and 71 added to inventory
  5. Southland houses had a 14% sales ratio, with 5 sales and 36 added to inventory

KITSILANO DROPPED FROM NUMBER 1 TO NUMBER 2 FOR HOTTEST SALES RATIO.

In October, Kitsilano had a sales ratio of 54% making it the fastest moving neighbourhood in Van West for detached homes. In November, it dropped to 43%.This makes it the second highest ranking neighbourhood in Van West. 

THESE NEIGHBOURHOOD’S COMBINED AVERAGE FOR CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES WAS ALSO HIGHER THAN VANCOUVER WESTSIDE’S AVERAGE 

Kitsilano, Point Grey, University,Dunbar and Southland’s combined sales ratio for condos and townhomes in November was 39%. This is higher than the average sales ratio of the westside which was 35%. They also made up 29% of the added inventory.

SOUTHLANDS ONLY HAD ONE CONDO/ TOWNHOME ADDED TO INVENTORY

Southlands had a 100% sales ratio, with only one home being added to the inventory and one home being sold.

  1. Kitsilano condos and townhomes  had a 76% sales ratio, with 41 sales and 54 added to inventory
  2. Point Grey Condos and townhomes had a 29% sales ratio, with 4 sales and 14 added to inventory
  3. University condos and townhomes had a 25% sales ratio, with 26 sales and 103 added to inventory
  4. Dunbar condos and townhomes had a 14% sales ratio, with 3 sales and 21 added to inventory
  5. Southland condos and townhomes had a 100% sales ratio, with 1 sale and 1 added to inventory
