It refers to the strip of land that runs along the False Creek waterfront (South side of the water) located between Science World and The Cambie Bridge.
MAIN STREET HAD 78% SALES RATIO THIS NOVEMBER
Mainstreet had 9 new detached homes added in inventory this November, and sold 7. This gave it a 78% sales ratio, one of the highest for detached homes in all Vancouver Eastside. It followed Champlain Heights’ detached home market which had a 150% sales ratio but only 3 sales, and Strathcona’s one detached home sale, which had a 100% sales ratio.
MOUNT PLEASANT
Mount Pleasant showed a below average sales ratio for detached homes this November at only 20%. It had 5 new detached homes added to inventory, and only one sale. This is a very low amount of inventory added, as there was 378 new listings added over all of Vancouver Eastside.
