VANCOUVER WESTSIDE SAW BALANCED MARKET IN DETACHED HOUSE SALES THIS NOVEMBER

Sales ratios averaged at 16% for Vancouver Westside’s detached house sales this month. (Balance market ranges from 12%-20%). Shaughnessy, South Granville and Mackenzie Heights’ combined sales ratio average was 14%.

MACKENZIE HEIGHTS 5th HIGHEST SALES RATIO

Mackenzie Heights showed a 26% sales ratio this November, with 5 sales and 19 new detached houses added to inventory. 26% stands well above the average of 16%. There are 3 houses listed above $7m in Mackenzie Heights at the time of writing.

SOUTH GRANVILLE

South Granville sold 7 detached homes in November, with a sizable 68 homes added to inventory. It had a 10% sales ratio.  At the time of writing, there are 4 listings for homes in South Granville over $9.5m.

SHAUGHNESSY

Shaughnessy had a very low sales ratio this November, at only 6%. Only 4 homes were sold, with 66 added to inventory. At the time of writing, there are 4 houses listed over $23.9m in Shaughnessy. Two of which, are homes listed above $33m.
