Renfrew Heights
Renfrew Heights is a heavily residential neighbourhood. That means exactly what it sounds like: these streets are filled with single-family homes. Add to this the number of elementary and secondary schools, along with the amount of parks, greenspaces and athletic facilities you get a great neighbourhood for growing families to settle down. The nearby Renfrew Ravine Park is host to an annual lantern festival coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival or Moon Festival. The rest of the year, the Park’s hiking trails are enjoyed by residents and visitors alike. The Renfrew Park Community Centre offers cultural and youth programming, and the grounds feature a local branch of the Vancouver Public Library. Schools in the neighbourhood feature a variety of curriculums in both public and private.
